Each year SST GS India develops and launches new products and solutions, designed in our own R&D-center..
Our team carries out fundamental research, new product development (including OEM-products and customized products) as well as application-specific tests. This enables us to make evolutionary and revolutionary changes to heat tracing systems and their components.
We design heat tracing systems, thermal insulation, and power supply systems for various applications, including explosion hazard areas.
Our in-house engineering team of 100 design engineers makes it possible to create high-quality design and project documentation.
Our services include field supervision to ensure that the structural and architectural parameters match the adopted design.

The basis of our production system is the concept of World-Class Manufacturing, aimed at constantly improving product quality and the minimization of waste. We have introduced such lean manufacturing tools as the 5S, Kanban, Lean Six Sigma, Quality Cost Delivery Management and others.
We are one of the few global manufacturers of electrically conductive plastics and self-regulating heating cables.
We produce conductive matrix for high-, medium-, and low-temperature cables, which is compatible with heating systems of all global manufacturers.

We accompany each of our products throughout every stage of the production cycle: from design engineering to implementation and commissioning.
Our products comply with international standards and technical requirements, including IECEx, ATEX, VDE.
Own testing center (laboratories and testing grounds) is officially recognized by the VDE Testing and Certification Institute. We have all necessary conditions for customization of products (including OEM production) and development of new products at the request of the customer.
